The PIECAL 434 will accurately check, calibrate and measure all your current signal instruments in a 4 to 20 mA DC loop. The 434 can source and read from 0.000 to 24.000 mA, measure from -60.00 to +60.00V DC, as well as simulate or simultaneously power and measure 2-wire transmitters to 24V DC.

PIE's loop diagnostic technology enables the 434 to detect current leakage from ground faults, moisture or corrosion. While powering the loop, the 434 uses a patented ground leak detection system to display any uncontrolled current, helping you troubleshoot and diagnose errors.The 434 enables faster calibrations with a three output check switch, 2 speed potentiometer and automatic output stepping and ramping. A built-in 250Ω resistor also powers HART® transmitters and simplifies hook-ups with HART® communicators.
