If you can't find what you're looking for, our number is at the top of this page.  Out team will happily assist you in answering questions or selecting the best item to meet your requirements, and we promise that you won't have to navigate a confusing list of phone menu options just to talk to someone who can help you.

Need Support?

We'd like to think that the products we offer never have any issues, but that's unrealistic! So to help deal with the headaches caused when product problems arise, we have dedicated staff at our office to deal with after sales support, service and repairs. Our service department provides after sales and product support during office hours, and will assist you in getting things back up and running as soon as possible.

To send in a device for service, please complete our Product Return or Service Request (RMA) Form, so that we have the full details of the device and the issue being experienced. To ensure the safety and health of our receivals personnel, we do not accept items which arrive without a valid return materials authorisation.

Want a Catalogue?

Like almost everything these days, information is available digitally on all our products, however if you'd like a printed catalogue or CD from one of our suppliers please fill in a Catalogue Request and we'll get the requested copies sent out to you.


If you have feedback on a particular product, we'd encourage you to leave a review using the 'Review tab that's available on each product page.
