The i.safe Mobile Valve Sense system combines high-quality acoustic emissions sensors with the IS540.1 5G smartphone and Senseven software to provide a mobile valve leak detection solution that's certified as intrinsically safe for use in zone 1 (gas) and zone 21 (dust) hazardous areas.

Valve Sense operates under a wide range of conditions without any process interruption or downtime. It's a valuable tool for regular or emergency valve inspections and testing; reducing costs by decreasing inspection times and significantly improving efficiency.

Four simple steps complete the Valve Sense process:

1. Identify the valve - scan an RFID tag, QR code or manually enter valve details
2. Collect the acoustic emmision signals - software guides you through the test process and shows where to measure on the valve
3. Receive immediate results - algorithms determine if a leak is present and AI models provide an estimate of the size
4. Upload results to Senseven Backoffice cloud platform* - create reports, examine trends and schedule further maintenance

The Senseven app provides an easy to follow, software-guided inspection process. In-built algorithms and cutting-edge artifical intelligence provide immediate, accurate results.

Inspection data can automatically sync with Senseven's Backoffice cloud platform* for detailed analysis and reporting. Valve RFID tags or barcodes can also be scanned for fast, reliable identification and access to specifications and maintenance histories stored in the Backoffice platform*.

With intuitive operation, automatic leak detection, structured data management and fast processing, Valve Sense offers a unique, software-based, valve leak detector and proactive valve maintenance tool for demanding industrial applications.

The Valve Sense system is fully powered by the IS540.1 smartphone with no external power supply required. Multiple sensors cover frequencies from 20kHz to 500kHz. An operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C allows Valve Sense to be used in a wide range of environments.

* Purchase of Valve Sense includes an initial one year licence for Senseven Backoffice cloud platform.
