Used with the i.safe MOBILE IS540.1 intrinsically safe smartphone, the zone 1 (gas) / 21 (dust) certified IS-TH2ER.1 trigger handle brings barcode scanning functionality to hazardous area environments.
With a Zebra SE55 scan engine, IntelliFocus technology, dual LED illumination and a green laser for accurate detection, the IS-TH2ER.1 will read dirty or damaged 1D and 2D barcodes in poor light from up to 12m away.
Audible (loudspeaker), visible (LED) and vibration feedback signals alert the user to successful or failed scan results.
The IS540.1 smartphone inserts into the IS-TH2ER.1 scanning handle via a secure 16-pin interface. This enables data transfer and also provides power to the IS-TH2ER.1. No extra batteries are required.
With a 6" full HD display, class-leading 48MP camera and powerful octa-core CPU, the IS540.1 smartphone ensures reliable, accurate results and instant processing.
An IP68 rating fully protects the IS-TH2ER.1 against water and dust ingress.
An operating temperature range of -20 to +55°C ensures the IS-TH2ER.1 is built to withstand extreme conditons in the harshest workplaces.
