Calibration can be manually set to material velocities up to 18,542 m/sec or thickness up to 914.4mm.
Alternatively, one of eight pre-set common material types can be selected on the gauge (aluminium, cast iron, plexiglass, polystyrene, polyurethane, PVC, stainless steel and steel).

Fast measurements with precision accuracy to 0.01mm give you efficient, reliable test results.
Pulse-echo measurement mode is commonly used in standard NDT inspections and provides conventional material thickness readings.
High speed scanning mode increases the ultrasonic pulse rate to 100Hz and displays the minimum thickness detected to enable rapid inspections over larger areas.
Adjustable gain / amplification increases accuracy when testing noisy, granular or difficult to penetrate materials.
A twin Lemo 00 transducer connection supports a wide range of probes to suit almost any application.
The probe diameter can also be adjusted to increase linearity and reading accuracy.
