Crystal's GaugeCalHP is a self-contained hydraulic pressure generator for calibrating gauges, transmitters, sensors and safety valves from vacuum to 15000 PSI / 1000 Bar.

GaugeCalHP will also generate up to 400" H2O / 995 mbar of pneumatic pressure with a sensitivity of 0.01" H2O / 0.025 mbar - perfect for DP transmitter calibrations.

This fully portable, easy to use, field or laboratory pressure source is faster than any deadweight tester and most automated pressure controllers. Pressure can be set quickly and precisely, with a 10 point gauge calibration easily completed in under 2 minutes.

A pivoting manifold accommodates larger gauges and an integral venting system prevents accidental damage. Excess fluid is captured by the no-mess drip tray and adjustable brackets ensure secure, stable mounting. An optional roll-along hard carry case (see accessories) provides weather-proof protection and storage, and doubles as a handy, portable test bench.
