Built on the HART Communication Foundation's SDC-625 software infrastructure, the MFC5150 communicates with ANY registered or un-registered HART compliant instrumentation, regardless of brand or model. Device descriptor files are read in their native format without the need for translation, so time-consuming library updates and costly on-going subscription fees are now a thing of the past.
With optional zone 0 intrinsic safety for hazardous area use (MFC5150X model), Windows CE operating system for faster processing and a greater storage capacity, the MFC5150 provides a flexible and cost-effective HART configuration solution
