Transtek prides itself on excellent customer service. For us, its about on-going technical support that goes way past the sale, warranty and repairs when things go wrong, and re-certification reminders to ensure you keep on top of your quality objectives.

We'd like to think that the products we offer never have any issues, but that's unrealistic! So to help deal with the headaches caused when product problems arise, we have dedicated staff at our office to deal with after sales support, service and repairs, and hopefully get things back up and running as soon as possible.

Need Support?

Our service department provides after sales and product support during office hours. To send in a device for service, please complete our Product Return or Service Request (RMA) Form so that we have the full details of the device and the issue being experienced. We reserve the right to refuse goods which arrive without a valid return materials authorisation.

Want a Catalogue?

Like almost everything these days, information is available digitally on all our products, however if you'd like a printed catalogue or CD from one of our suppliers please fill in a Catalogue Request and we'll get the requested copies sent out to you.
