Transtek prides itself on excellent customer service. For us, its about on-going technical support that goes way past the sale, warranty and repairs when things go wrong, and re-certification reminders to ensure you keep on top of your quality objectives.

We'd like to think that the products we offer never have any issues, but that's unrealistic! So to help deal with the headaches caused when product problems arise, we have dedicated staff at our office to deal with after sales support, service and repairs, and hopefully get things back up and running as soon as possible.

We have an online FAQ Page to make using our website easier to understand. If you can't find the help you need, before you get completely frustrated, simply pick up the phone and call us!  We're always happy to help. Just ask our receptionist (yes, a real person!) to put you through to the area you need or Contact Us through the website and we'll ensure you are directed to someone who can help you. The more specific you can be about the area of difficulty, the easier it is for our staff to help you. The same applies if you have a suggestion, compliment or complaint for us about the customer service you have received. We always want to improve and ensure that your experience of our company is as positive as it can be.
