Certification, Service & Repair

Our service plans are designed to assist you in whatever way you require, from arranging a single certificate to a full site wide management plan for your test equipment.  Our On-Line service request form will allow you to send us the details of your equipment.  Once you have filled in your details you will be given instructions on how and where to send the items for service.

We can also help you manage your calibration schedules with the following services:

Loan Equipment:

To assist our customers during times of peak usage such as shutdown's or when equipment is away for certification or repair we maintain an inventory of instrument calibrators which are available for short to medium term loan periods.

Q: Did you know that it is your responsibility to check the lab you intend to use for...

1. Suitability?
• Laboratories specialise in testing only certain parameters.
• In many cases lab's cannot do all of the ranges on a single piece of equipment.
2. Accuracy?
• Laboratories are legitimately allowed to offer certification services for equipment even though their own certification standards are of less accuracy than your equipment!

A: We take the guess work out of certifying equipment by selecting the most appropriate calibration facility to ensure that all certificates are issued in line with the manufacturer's accuracy specifications for your piece of equipment.

Q: Do you often get caught with your equipment 'out of cal'?

A: We'll remind you BEFORE it's due.

Repairs:

If repairs are required, we are able to co-ordinate the purchase of spares, have your unit repaired or return the unit to the manufacturer under warranty if applicable.
