MACTek Corporation designs, manufactures and sells components, software, and products for the open, digital communication networks for factory automation and process control called fieldbus networks. The company was founded in December, 1993, and shipped its first products, the VlATOR RS232 and PCMCIA Interfaces for HART networks, in March 1995.
